PNEUMATIC THREADER | G&P Elettromeccanica

The pneumatic threading device helps to thread the yarns in the wire guide combs of the machines mod. G &P Jet in gauges 10 and 12.
The threader consists of:

• A pedal to activate the suction device.
• A 6 mm tube that is to be connected to the compressed air line.
• A suction tube of 3 mm or 4 mm in which the yarn carrier to be threaded is inserted.

Insert the suction tube in the bottom part of the first yarn carrier.
Bring the yarn up to the top lead-in opening of the yarn carrier.
Press the pedal with your foot.
The yarn is sucked into the yarn carrier.
